Hosting
This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical data, including IP addresses, request details and browser information. Its global network may process this data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Its privacy policy describes processing, retention and international transfers.
Visitor statistics
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps understand site traffic and performance. According to Cloudflare, this service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not use cookies or local storage to measure traffic. These analytics are separate from the technical processing needed to host the website.
Fonts
Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and technical request information. This may involve processing outside Switzerland.
AI charter drafts
The charter editor saves your draft, including any text and logos you add, in your browser’s local storage so you can return to it later. The site does not send this content to a server; imports and exports are processed on your device. The draft remains until it is replaced or you clear the site’s data in your browser. On a shared device, clear that data after use.
Your requests and external links
You can contact me to request information about your data or ask for correction or deletion, subject to the rights that apply to your situation. If you write to me, the information you provide is used to answer your request and retained for as long as needed to handle it and meet applicable obligations. External sites, including LinkedIn, apply their own policies when you follow their links.
